The American Cities Project
explores the history of African descendants in America, focusing on selected U.S. cities. The first Project focuses on Miami, and the history of black migration from the 18th century
to today.
The Fight Years tracks Miami's golden age of boxing, from the years just after World War II to the mid-1970s. The film focuses on a group of young boxers who trained with the great Mohommad Ali, but who had a fame and notoriety all their own, making them heroes to their local community, and trailblazers in the sport of boxing.
